Umumnya 12 bulan di muka plus deposit 1–2 bulan. Ada pemilik yang menerima 6 bulanan; kami tanyakan sebelum survei.Most landlords ask for 12 months in advance plus a 1–2 month deposit. Some accept 6-monthly payments; we check before viewings.

Kontrak bisa atas nama perusahaan?Can the lease be in the company's name?
